An AI dispatcher that coaches the shutoff before the truck rolls.

Water damage runs a clock. Pylor picks up every call, walks panicking callers through finding the main shutoff, captures the address, and gets a tech dispatched — 24/7, no missed calls, no wrong addresses.

🚰

Built for plumbing shops. One flat price. Same as the medspa pack, tuned for the trade.

  • AI dispatcher answers every call 24/7 — triages emergency vs. routine before it hits your phone.
  • Books the job, captures the address, sends the confirmation. Reads the address back digit-by-digit so the truck goes the right way.
  • Maintenance plans, invoices, reviews, and outbound sequences all live in one place. No more 5 logins.

The four things that bleed money in plumbing.

We built this pack from owners running 3–15 trucks. Every line is a real complaint we heard on a sales call.

01

After-hours leak calls go to an answering service that costs $450/mo, doesn't know what a main shutoff is, and reads the address back wrong.

02

Storm + freeze events triple your call volume in 24 hours and your office manager is drowning while emergency leads roll to voicemail.

03

Speed-to-lead window for a plumbing emergency is 60 seconds — by the time you call back, the customer booked whoever picked up first.

04

Three separate tools for booking, customer DB, and review collection — and the data never actually syncs.

Listen to how it handles a plumbing call.

This is the actual dispatcher script for the Plumbing pack — emergency triage on the opening, address readback, no over-the-phone quoting. It runs 24/7 and never gets tired of the same questions.

Want to hear it for real? Place a test call to the demo line — voice and tone match exactly what your callers will hear.

Caller
Oh god, my basement is flooding, water is coming up from somewhere, I don't know what to do.
Paige
Okay — first thing, find your main shutoff valve. It's usually in the basement near where the water enters the house, or sometimes outside in a covered pit near the street. Can you find it?
Caller
Uh... I think I see it. There's a handle.
Paige
Turn it clockwise — righty-tighty — until it stops. That'll shut the water off to the whole house. Take your time.
Caller
Okay, it's off. The water's slowing.
Paige
Great, you bought yourself time. Now what's the address?
Caller
Five-six-seven-eight Oak Avenue, Charlotte.
Paige
Five-six-seven-eight Oak Avenue, Charlotte, two-eight-two-zero-three — got that right?
Caller
Yes.
Paige
Booked as a priority emergency. Tech will be there in 45 minutes. Diagnostic fee is $99, credited toward the repair. I'll text you his name and ETA now.

What you're paying right now.

A typical plumbing shop runs five tools to do the work Pylor does in one. We're not guessing — we asked.

ToolWhat it replacesMonthly
ServiceTitan / Housecall Pro / JobberBooking + dispatch + customer DB$400
Smith.ai / AnswerConnect (24/7)After-hours emergency intake$450
CallRailMissed-call tracking + recovery$150
Birdeye / NiceJobReview automation$250
MailchimpMaintenance + seasonal email$50
Total you pay today$1,300
Pylor WorkforceAll of the above, plus an AI dispatcher$599

Recovered calls and won-back jobs are upside — the swap math alone earns its keep. Margins on Pylor aren't from the subscription, they're from the calls your old answering service dropped after hours.

What's actually in the pack.

Six things, one bill. No upsells, no per-seat math, no surprise per-message charges past your tier allowance.

AI dispatcher

Answers every call 24/7. Triages emergency vs. scheduled before it ever hits a human. Reads the service address back digit-by-digit. Books the job, sends the confirmation SMS, drops the ticket in your inbox.

Booking + customer DB

Replaces the basic tier of ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber. Schedule, customer history, recurring jobs, photos, notes. Multi-tech support and commissions included.

Maintenance plans

Monthly or annual plan billing. Plan members get auto-scheduled tune-ups, priority dispatch, and waived diagnostic fees. Stripe handles the recurring charge.

Invoices + payments

Branded PDFs, online card payments, tap-to-pay on the truck. The full finance hub shipped 2026-05-20 — connect your bank, watch payouts, classify deposits.

Reviews + reputation

Automated post-job review requests. Birdeye / NiceJob replacement at zero extra cost. Routes 4+ stars to Google, captures 3-and-under privately for you to follow up.

Outbound sequences (Outbox)

Tune-up reminders, dormant-customer reactivation, post-storm outreach for roofers. Connected mailboxes + phone pool + DNC suppressions. Workforce tier ships with 3 inboxes.

What we don't ship yet

We tell you what's real before you swap.

Geographic dispatch + tech ETA SMS. On the roadmap. The current pack books jobs into a flat calendar — no map-based "nearest tech" assignment, no live "your tech is 15 minutes out" updates. If you're 6+ trucks and routing matters, flag it and we'll prioritize.

Estimate → invoice flow. Invoices ship. Standalone estimates with click-to-approve are coming. For now, use the invoice flow with a "quote" prefix and convert when approved.

QuickBooks sync. Not yet. Most shops can run cleanly on Pylor's finance hub for receivables; payroll/tax stays in QuickBooks. Two-way sync is on the list when there's pull.

Inventory + parts catalog. Not built. v1 of the pack assumes you stock from a parts house, not a warehouse. If you carry inventory in-house, we can talk about timing.

Everything else listed above is live and shipped. We mark this stuff up-front because you'll find out anyway, and we'd rather you switch with eyes open.

One price. No per-seat. No surprise overage.

Same price you'd pay for the medspa pack. Same price the salon pack. The bundle is the offer.

FAQ

Will the AI actually coach my customers through finding a shutoff?

Yes — the plumbing pack ships with explicit shutoff-coaching for any active-leak emergency. The script walks callers through the main shutoff location (basement near water entry, or outside in a covered pit near the street) and, if they can't find it, falls back to fixture-supply valves. The goal is to buy you 20 minutes before the tech arrives.

How does emergency triage work for plumbing specifically?

Active leak, sewer backup, no-water-in-the-house, and burst pipe all route to live human handoff with urgency='high'. No-hot-water is NOT classified as emergency unless it's freezing weather (pipe-freeze risk) or there's an infant in the house. Slow drains and drips book as normal service calls.

Does it replace ServiceTitan or Jobber?

For most plumbing shops 1–10 trucks, yes. Booking, customer DB, invoicing, payments, reviews, and recurring billing all ship. We don't yet have a fully separate tech-mobile dispatch board with route optimization — flag that on the sales call if it's a hard requirement.

What about property-damage and insurance claims?

Any mention of water damage, mold, drywall, ceiling collapse, flooring, or insurance routes to a human handoff with sentiment='negative' and category='property_damage'. The AI never assesses fault on the call. You get the verbatim quote, the customer waits for a callback, and you can decide how to handle the claim with full context.

What's not in the pack yet?

No geographic dispatch / live tech-ETA SMS. No standalone estimates with click-to-approve (use the invoice flow with a quote prefix). No QuickBooks sync. No in-house parts inventory. Everything else listed on this page is shipped and live as of 2026-05-22.
