Boulevard's charting is a long-form text field. Ours is a face diagram with seven numbered injection points, a unit tally, a product + lot number, a photo set, and a Sign & Lock button.
When a chart is locked, it's locked. When a consent expires, Sage knows. When a client comes back for a touch-up, you see what was done last time without scrolling through three years of notes.
