One AI dispatcher. Tuned for your trade.

An HVAC call at 2 AM, a flooding basement on a Saturday, sparks from an outlet, water through a ceiling after a storm — all different calls, all need a dispatcher who knows the trade. Pylor answers every one in under 30 seconds, triages emergency vs. routine the way your trade actually does it, and books the job before the next shop calls them back.

Same price across every trade. Same $249 / $599 / $1,499 as the medspa pack. The bundle is the offer.

What every trade pack gives you.

Six things, one bill. No upsells, no per-seat math, no surprise per-message charges past your tier allowance.

AI dispatcher (24/7)

Answers every call. Triages emergency vs. scheduled before it hits a human. Reads the service address back digit-by-digit. Books the job, sends the confirmation SMS, drops the ticket in your inbox.

Booking + customer DB

Replaces the basic tier of ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber. Schedule, customer history, recurring jobs, photos, notes. Multi-tech support and commissions included.

Maintenance plans

Monthly or annual billing — same plan can be sold either cadence. Plan members get auto-scheduled tune-ups, priority dispatch, and waived diagnostic fees. Stripe handles recurring charges.

Invoices + payments

Branded PDFs, online card payments, tap-to-pay on the truck. Full finance hub: connect your bank, watch payouts, classify deposits with the AI bookkeeper.

Reviews + reputation

Automated post-job review requests. Replaces Birdeye / NiceJob at zero extra cost. Routes 4+ stars to Google, captures 3-and-under privately so you can intervene before they hit the public.

Outbound sequences (Outbox)

Seasonal tune-up reminders, dormant-customer reactivation, post-storm outreach for roofers. Connected mailboxes + phone pool + DNC suppressions. Workforce tier ships with 3 inboxes + 5K sends/mo.

What you're paying right now.

A typical home-services shop runs five tools to do the work Pylor does in one. We're not guessing — we asked owners running 3–15 trucks.

ToolWhat it replacesMonthly
ServiceTitan / Housecall Pro / JobberBooking + dispatch + customer DB$400
Smith.ai / AnswerConnectAfter-hours answering service$450
CallRailMissed-call tracking + recovery$150
Birdeye / NiceJobReview automation$250
Mailchimp (maintenance + seasonal)Email blasts to existing customers$50
Total you pay today$1,300
Pylor WorkforceAll of the above, plus an AI dispatcher$599

Recovered calls and won-back jobs are upside — the swap math alone earns its keep. The real margins on Pylor aren't from the subscription, they're from the calls your old answering service dropped after hours.

What we don't ship yet

We tell you what's real before you swap.

Geographic dispatch + tech ETA SMS. On the roadmap. Today the pack books jobs into a flat calendar — no map-based "nearest tech" or live "your tech is 15 minutes out" updates. If you're 6+ trucks and routing matters, flag it on the sales call.

Estimate → invoice flow. Invoices ship today. Standalone estimates with click-to-approve are coming. Use the invoice flow with a "quote" prefix in the interim.

QuickBooks sync. Not yet. Most shops can run cleanly on Pylor's finance hub for receivables; payroll and tax stay in QuickBooks. Two-way sync is on the list once there's pull.

Inventory + parts catalog. Not built. The pack assumes you stock from a parts house, not a warehouse. Talk to us if you carry in-house inventory.

Everything else listed above is live and shipped as of 2026-05-22. We flag this stuff up-front so you switch with eyes open.

One price across every trade.

FAQ

Why four separate trade packs instead of one home-services pack?

Because the emergency triage actually differs per trade. An HVAC dispatcher needs to know that no-heat in winter with kids in the house is a priority; a plumbing dispatcher needs to coach the main shutoff before the tech arrives; an electrical dispatcher needs to call out sparks vs. a tripped breaker; a roofing dispatcher needs to handle insurance claims correctly. Same engine underneath, different costume per trade — that's the package model.

Can I use this if I do multiple trades — say HVAC + plumbing under one company?

Yes. Pick the primary trade at onboarding and the dispatcher's emergency triage tunes to it. If you do both HVAC and plumbing, pick the one your call volume leans toward and we can layer in the secondary trade's triage logic. Mixed-trade shops are common — let us know on the sales call and we'll set it up.

Does Pylor replace ServiceTitan / Housecall Pro / Jobber completely?

For most independent shops running 1–10 trucks, yes — booking, customer DB, invoicing, payments, recurring billing, and reviews are all shipped. We don't yet have geographic dispatch / route optimization or a dedicated tech-mobile dispatch board. Multi-location shops with heavy route logic should flag that on the sales call.

What about insurance claims for roofing?

Pylor never argues a claim on the call. The roofing pack books storm-damage inspections inside the 30-day reporting window, captures carrier and claim numbers when callers already have a claim open, and routes any conversation about adjusters, supplements, or depreciation to a human handoff. That's a feature, not a limitation.

How long does onboarding take?

Most shops are live in under a day. CSV importers handle ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, and Jobber exports. If you're on a system without a clean export, we have an inbound-email sync that captures bookings made on your old platform during the cutover window — so you don't lose a single job during the swap.
